Our Elite AC Maintenance Program (EMP) has the same two thorough clean and checks but gives you an option for a more complete service including your filters and ventilation system.
You still have our complete 30 point clean and check of your equipment and a 10% discount on all repairs and accessories, but this program also includes:
- Replacement of existing filters with new 1″ pleated filter [We can provide specialty filters at discounted rates]
- One annual Dryer Vent Cleaning [Removes dust and lint build up and prevents fire risk]
- One annual AC Duct Sanitizing
- Pool Heater Cleaning [Clean coil and check operation]
- No overtime charges
- Priority VIP service
- Discounts on equipment and products
- 10 year parts warranty included on all equipment and thermostats installed by Sunset Air and Home Services
- Emergency spot coolers for temporary situations when your equipment is being scheduled to be replaced.
Elite AC Maintenance Program Pricing
For those of you who have high end filtration systems and/or pool heating equipment this program is for you. This also includes changing your AC Filters with one inch pleated filters.
