When President Jason Schreyer initially began working in the HVAC business at 18 years old, he knew in order to be successful, it would be imperative for him to understand the art of operating a business.
With a mentor at his side, and the willingness to learn, Jason became an expert craftsman in the HVAC trade, and quickly mastered the secrets behind owning an AC company.
In The Beginning
As he gained experience, Jason developed a vision of his own. He wanted to create an organization that operated with full transparency, where customers were treated with respect.
So, when the opportunity to fulfill his dream presented itself, he took a leap of faith and opened Sunset Air and Home Services in 1999 with only a handful of employees.
The company grew quickly to nearly 120 employees by 2006.
