On Thursday, August 3, 2017, I had my first experience with your company and, as a business owner myself, wanted to express how thoroughly pleased I was with the service.

I own a condo unit in Sanibel and have been a customer of Jerry Carroll since 2004, as was the previous owner for many years before.  On August 3rd, my daughter went down for some R & R and telephoned at approximately 7:30 p.m. that the air conditioning was not getting cooler.  It also appeared that mold was forming in various areas in the front of the condo.

I called Jerry Carroll immediately. The person who answered stated an unfamiliar company name. Unsettled I was. That was my first contact with Yani of Sunset Air and Home Services.  She explained that Sunset Air had purchased Jerry Carroll and assured me that the problem would be addressed first thing in the morning.  At 8 a.m. the following morning Yani called me, as she was unable to reach my daughter to confirm that a technician could be sent and, if so, he would be immediately on his way.  By approximately 9:30 a.m. the repair was done and the air conditioning was cooling.

Job Complete

Upon completion of the job, I contacted Yani to thank her.  Throughout this ordeal she was polite, professional and efficiently responsive, so much so that I asked her if she was the owner.  I was also very pleased to hear that you have taken on Jerry Carroll’s staff.  Being unaware that Mr. Carroll sold the business and retired, I was apprehensive with my first dealing with Sunset Air.  Ms. Trinidad made the experience effortless. A technician, who had been here before, was dispatched. After she informed me it was further assurance.

I wish you every success on this new acquisition and look forward to being a long-time customer of Sunset Air and Home Services.
