Switched to Sunset Air from Jerry Carroll AC (retired). Impressed right away from the first phone calls (Angie, Shelby), to the very quick scheduling, to my on-time courteous technician Grant. He called ahead, introduced himself, smiled, shook my hand, wore the booties over his shoes, and as far as I could tell did a thorough inspection and maintenance of my units. Grant seemed knowledgeable, experienced, confident, and fixed the non-cooling problem. I signed up for their preventive maintenance agreement and will probably use them for future repairs. My only other minor comment is that it felt like he was spending a lot of time trying to sell. Sure my units are fairly old, so maybe he was trying to save me money/problems in the long run (time will tell) but until we’ve developed a trusting relationship like I had with Jerry Carroll, maybe they shouldn’t try fear and the hard-sell of a brand new AC unit on the very first visit.
