6 Leadership Principles (Part 2 of 2)
Celebrating 20 years in business this year, Jason Schreyer, Owner of Sunset Air and Home Services, shares 6 Leadership principles he has learned. Part 2 of 2.
Principle #4: Offer Something Of Value
Our mission is to give customers what they ask for. This includes accurate quotes, honest technicians, phone calls prior to arrival, a live person to talk to when calling the office, and 24/7 access. We believe every day is an opportunity to work in the customers’ best interest, and my staff ensures every interaction they have with the company is positive. In addition, our training program is built on the highest standards of excellence and each technician and staff member adhere to these principles.
#5: Be Grateful
I am grateful for the support of my family, friends, customers, employees, and the community. These are the people who have helped me achieve my goals year after year and have been there for me through the good times and the challenges. Another way I express my gratitude is to give back to the community through supporting events and charities. This has always been a priority for me and one of the most important leadership principles to follow.
#6: Adopt A Positive And Determined Attitude
I have come to realize attitude is everything. Despite any obstacles that come your way, it is imperative to keep moving forward. Also, I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a positive outlook and leading by example.
Celebrating 20 years in business this year, Sunset Air and Home Services has helped thousands of SW Florida residents remain comfortable and safe in their homes with expert service, industry-leading AC systems, and a portfolio of home improvement products.
