“I have dealt with Sunset Air for several years. In fact, I had them install a new Air Conditioning system in Oct. 2019. Then, I had some air conditioning issue yesterday. A technician, Kasey, came to fix the problem. He found the coils were frozen, so he could not do much. So this morning another technician, Christopher, arrived.
Chris was here for over 3 hours. First, he looked at the roof unit and the condo unit. He worked continuously and explained to me what he was doing and why. I judged him to be an Excellent Knowledgeable Technician, down to earth kind of person, honest, (and) easy to deal with; he treated me respectfully. Therefore, I rated him 5/5. “I just had my first home A/C check-up today and didn’t have to wait a month to get the appointment. Since Sunset Air was the company that installed the unit into my home in the first place, I decided to let them service it, too. The service tech notified me when he would arrive and in fact, he was right on time. Sagar was his name and he was very professional and neat.
