“Tyler and AJ called to let me know when they would be arriving and came as scheduled. It appeared the thermostat was not functioning correctly and they confirmed that after a thorough review of my system, including going on the roof of my condo building to make sure the condenser was working correctly.
They installed a new thermostat for me and made sure it was working properly before they left. (Furthermore), I appreciate the professional work ethic of both Tyler and AJ. Condo owners are not allowed on the roof and are therefore subject to dishonest technicians telling them they need costly repairs when nothing is wrong. I’ve had this happen in the past with a large company that has served SW Florida for several decades.
Also, Tyler and AJ both put coverings over their work boots before entering my home and they also worked cleanly while installing the thermostat. (In summary), reliable, honest, and courteous describes these guys.”
