Sunset Air Launches Employee Stock Ownership Plan

After more than 25 years of serving Southwest Florida homeowners, Owner Jason Schreyer has taken an extraordinary step forward to reward his team for their hard work and dedication. Sunset Air and Home Services is now offering an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a federally regulated retirement program that allows employees to earn shares in the company over time at no cost to them.

Each year, eligible employees receive shares based on their length of service and the company’s performance. “This is about honoring the people who’ve helped build Sunset Air into the company it is today,” Jason said. “I want to be sure our employees are taken care of beginning today through the future.

This is my way of saying thank you for all their hard work over the past three decades.” For Jason, this decision comes from a heartfelt place of deep pride and purpose. “They deserve a solid future,” he said. “I want to know that when I look back years from now, the people who stood beside me are financially secure and proud of what we’ve built together.
