I had a service call at night. The technician was cheerful, courteous and competent. He analyzed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Replaced the defective thermostat and was done in less than 1/2 hour. There was no charge as the material and labor were under warranty. Excellent service. Michael R., Fort Myers, FL
